Now it&#039;s smart phones and iPads. As you say, Frieda, technology has its place and functions marvelously for us, but they have a very real and detrimental downside.Yes yes yes, disengage from things and re-engage with people, with self and with nature!  It&#039;s health-saving to do that.</description>
